• Course Cancellation: If Glomax Technology cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund.

• Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally makes multiple payments for the same course, the excess amount will be refunded upon request.

• Withdrawal Before Course Start: If a student withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date, they are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.

• Early Course Withdrawal: If a student withdraws within the first 7 days of course commencement, they may receive a partial refund (percentage based on completion level).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• If the request is made after 7 days of course commencement.

• If the student fails to complete the course due to personal reasons.

• If the student violates the academy’s code of conduct, leading to dismissal.

• For digital products, study materials, or certification fees.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, students must:

1. Submit a written request via email to info@glomaxtechnology.co.in with proof of payment.

2. Provide a valid reason for the refund request.

3. Allow 7-14 business days for processing after approval.

4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online payment gateway). Transaction fees may be deducted.
